Do you offer gift cards?
Unfortunately, no. But we are looking into adding gift cards in the future!
Do you offer gift wrapping?
No, we do not offer gift wrapping for any of our items currently.
Can I use discount codes on sale items?
Yes! You can use extra discount codes even if the items are already discounted. (Terms and Conditions apply)
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We ship internationally with no limits!
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
You can change or cancel your order if the orders is still waiting for processing, please contact us as most of the time we are able to exchange or cancel your order within first 24 hours.
What do I do if my package is lost or delayed?
In a very unlikely event that your package is lost, please contact us, every order will have it’s own tracking number and you will receive emails with every step of your order. In case there’s a delay in your parcels journey please check tracking for more information, in unlikely event where you can’t see any information about your parcel please contact us and we will be able to help you!

How do I know what size to order?
Every item has Size Guide on the product page that you can open and check for the perfect fit.
Do your clothes run true to size?
Yes, all our clothes are true to size, but we always advice to check Size Guide for that item, you can find Size Guide on the products page just above Color selection.
Do you offer custom or personalized items?
Currently we do not offer customized or personalized items, but please contact us and maybe we will be able to help with your wishes.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
In unlikely event that product you received is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can arrange refund and return for the item.
How do I leave a review for a product I bought?
At aMotive we know how much inconvenience spam/junk emails are. So we will only ever send you 1 email about a week after you received your order from our partner TrustPilot asking for a review where you can tell us what you think about your experience and our products. If you do feel extra generous every product page has Review section where you can leave a review per product. We do appreciate any review and feedback as this helps us grow and be better!
Return Questions
Can I exchange my item for a different size?
If you accidentally ordered wrong size, don’t worry we can amend your order for different size. If you have already received your order but want to change size please contact us we will be happy to replace the item in new size. (Please be aware that item must be unused, not washed and in the original packaging)
Can I return or exchange an item if I’ve worn or washed it?
No, unfortunately items that were worn or washed are not returnable or exchangeable.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
Yes, if you want to return or exchange an item you would need to cover the postage fee’s. In an event where return is started due to our fault or quality of item we will cover the costs of return.
How long will it take to process my return or exchange?
We aim to process returns and exchanges within 72 hours.
